  1. Live QA now includes catalog verification

Follow catalog verification on the QA page alongside ordinary application tests. See the active application, lifecycle progress and elapsed time, with a live VM view for default release checks. Custom settings remain private, and queued tests are shown as waiting until they actually start.

  2. Writable SQLite storage in Docker

New Docker Compose SQLite installs initialize their data volume for the application user, with image tests checking database access and persistence across container recreation.

  3. Keep application testing moving during download retries

The QA pipeline can test other eligible catalog applications while temporarily unavailable installers wait for their scheduled retry. Existing workload priorities and safety checks remain in place.

  4. Clearer deployment start errors

The cart identifies affected apps and explains known setup failures when a deployment cannot start, while keeping upstream diagnostic details private.

  5. Waiting deployments respect version availability

Deployments waiting for installation validation now recheck whether their exact installer version is available before packaging starts. Unavailable versions stay blocked even after a previous test passed or during a deferred validation window. A temporary availability lookup failure holds the affected job while other verified jobs can proceed.

  6. Restore pending tenant selection in batch deployments

MSP batch deployments can select pending customer tenants using stable tenant ordering while preserving the creation order between batches. Query failures now report a safe diagnostic code.

  7. More reliable QA publication and update scans

Completed application tests can recover publication without repeating VM installs. Update scans handle larger inventories with bounded matching and preserve cached results when a scan cannot finish.

  8. QA keeps testing when one app fails

A failed installation test no longer pauses the whole QA queue. The failing app is repaired and tested again on its own while every other deployment keeps moving. Apps that fail repeatedly or receive a security verdict are blocked with a clear reason instead of retried forever.

  9. More reliable curated app refreshes

Curated app release checks can now recover automatically from temporary service limits, helping new versions reach verification without a manual restart.

  10. Deploy curated apps with tested defaults

Curated apps now use tested deployment settings by default, with custom behaviour available as an explicit choice. Customer uploads and new app updates share priority ahead of background QA, while newer curated releases replace only older queued tests for the same app.

  11. Check curated deployment settings before uploading

Custom deployment settings now enter automatic verification when selected in the cart. The cart shows queued and running checks, enables deployment after a pass, and offers tested defaults for deployment without waiting.

  12. Find curated releases from the app catalog

Matching Winget apps now link to available curated releases with a Curated release available badge. Curated cards also share the main catalog layout, with compact evidence links and licence agreements.

  13. Fix Word export document structure

Word exports use valid formatting and section links, and correctly embed JPEG logos. Report text and styling are preserved.

  14. Correct logo dimensions in Word exports

Custom logos retain their intended size in Word documents, preventing oversized images from disrupting the report layout.

  15. Curated Catalog pilot

A separate Curated Catalog view introduces the first ten applications with vendor sources and release verification status. Releases become deployable only after reviewed security and installation evidence is recorded in a signed catalog. The pilot begins with all ten applications awaiting verification; it does not advertise untested releases as approved.

  16. Recover unavailable app versions before deployment

App selection checks which versions are still available. Older cart selections can be refreshed for review while retaining deployment settings, and removed versions show a clear recovery action instead of a temporary error.

  17. Roadmap reflects live QA and planned work

The public roadmap now separates available package verification and installer security checks from ongoing catalog coverage and planned features, with a review date and clearer coverage wording. It includes the tenant-private catalog idea and live evidence links, adds roadmap links in docs and the README, and improves tablet navigation and keyboard access.

  18. QA now detects stalled tests more reliably

Application QA distinguishes tests waiting to start from active tests, detects stalled result publishing, and preserves completed test evidence during recovery.

  19. Clearer next steps for workspace access requests

Colleagues waiting to join a company workspace now see one clear status card, the request date and approver contacts while their request is pending. Checking an approved request opens the company workspace and confirms their access. Declined requests explain how to ask for an invitation and can be acknowledged across devices without prompting users to connect Microsoft 365 again. Owners and admins see request counts and a direct link to review requests, with confirmation before declining. Approval still grants viewer access; no one receives access automatically. Decision emails are sent when email is configured.

  20. More resilient application QA

Application QA now recovers missing results automatically, schedules retries for temporarily unavailable downloads, and continues checking updates when a background scan encounters an error.

  21. Clearer workspace join settings for colleagues

The Who can join options in Settings now explain what happens to a colleague who signs in without an invite, and what viewers can see when they join automatically. Colleagues who end up in an empty workspace of their own now see that their organization already uses LicenseMeter, whether their request to join is pending, and that they can ask an owner or admin for an invite.

  22. First Microsoft sync waits for the new service principal

Connecting a Microsoft tenant now waits for the new service principal to appear in Microsoft Entra instead of failing the first sync with an identity error. The sync retries automatically for up to about two minutes; if Microsoft is still finishing setup when that runs out, the next scheduled sync finishes the job. Reconnecting is only needed in the rare case where Microsoft cannot confirm the consent yet.
